Our experienced team of highly skilled butchers prepare all our products to the customers exact instruction and are always on hand to provide advice and answer queries on all matters meat. Starting at 4am each morning our butchers individually hand prepare each order for delivery to a wide range of customers throughout the restaurant, pub, hotel and catering trades.
Acutely aware that our success is solely dependent on the reputation and profitability of our customers, we always provide the best quality to price ratio possible, whilst sourcing responsibly from quality British producers. Wherever possible we "buy local" having an excellent relationship with farms in Kent & Sussex.
We carry a large range of poultry from whole birds to breasts, thighs and drumsticks, all freshly hand cut. Gressingham & French ducks and game birds in season. Lots of local lamb, all cut to order and venison, haunches to saddles. Sausages, burgers, black pudding and haggis too. Premium dry cured bacon, gammon and hocks, green and smoked. Fresh Suffolk pork. Whole pigs for hog roasting, joints, chops, belly and fillet. Beef, both local & prime Scottish. Well over a dozen different cuts, from topside to fillet, through ribeye, chuck and premium quality mince. And finally, an awful lot of offal...
While we always have an extensive range of fresh meat, if we don't have exactly what you want in stock, we'll get it! With Smithfield market deliveries daily, we are able to source virtually any meat product.
